POLICIES
Reservations:
Please call 805-227-6585 to check availability and make a reservation.
Creekside requires a two night minimum stay for Friday, Saturday, Holiday
and Event weekends. Creekside Accepts Credit Cards,Checks or Cash.
Credit card authorization is required to reserve a
room: By asking us to reserve a room you give us the authorization to
charge your card in case of cancellation, as described below. We will
charge your credit card or be happy to accept cash or a personal check.
Should you depart earlier than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible
for all of the original nights booked for your intended stay.
Check in time is 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Please inquire about the possibility
of arranging a different check-in time. Check out time is 12:00 noon "No
shows" are responsible for the entire reservation without refund.
Please review and accept our policies at the time of reservation.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Smoking Policy:
For the safety and courtesy of our natural environment and our guests,
smoking is not permitted in the rooms, and this policy is strictly enforced.
Smoking in one of the Creekside B&B rooms will result in a cleaning
fee of $200. Smoking is permitted outdoors by the fire pit only.
Family Policy:
Creekside is designed for adults desiring a quiet and romantic retreat.
However, families are welcome when reserving both rooms.
Visitors: For the security and privacy of our guests access is limited
to registered guests without prior permission.
Pet Policy:
Creekside will accommodate pets if notified at the time the reservation
is made. Creekside does charge $25 per stay, this fee will be added to
your account upon check-in.
Pet owners agree to keep their pet on a leash or in a cage while the
pet is in any public or common area within the Creekside grounds.
Pet owners agree to not leave the pet unattended at any time while the
pet is at Creekside.
A pet that becomes aggressive or disruptive to any guest or other person
at Creekside must be removed immediately upon request.
Pet owners accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims,
losses, cost and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) for person
injury or property damage that may result from the pet. Pet owner agrees
to make reimbursement for such damages on demand. Pet owners agree to
indemnify, hold harmless and defend Creekside Bed & Breakfast, owners,
agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, cost
and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related
to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by pet.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to our intimate size, any cancellation affects us significantly.
Consequently, we adhere to the following cancellation policy. Cancellations
must be received at least 14 days prior to your arrival date (at least
30 days before holiday and festival/special event weekends) or you will
be charged the full amount of your reserved stay. All cancellations are
subject to a $25 service fee.
No refund will be made when less than the 14-day (or other minimum) notice
in effect is received.
We will confirm all cancellations by email or fax on the day such notice
is received.
